Instalarea decurge fara dificultati, doar dublu-click pe fiecare software descarcat:

La instalarea SAPGUI este posibil sa apara o fereastra de avertizare ca programul nu provine dintr-o sursa verificata. In versiunea Mac OS X aceasta problema se rezolva prin modificarea unei setari: System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Allow apps downloaded from: Anywhere. In versiunile anterioare de Mac OS, in fereastra Security and Privacy se va regasi alerta cu privire la programul respectiv alaturi de butonul Open. Click pe Open si programul va rula.
Configurare SAPGUI
Dupa deschiderea SAPGUI, click pe butonul New si se va deschide fereastra de configurare a unei conexiuni. Personal prefer configurarea in tab-ul Advanced > Expert mode unde se introduce sirul de configurare:
